Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Returned Packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges before being reshipped.
